About

Kathe Kaczmarzyk was born in New York City and currently lives and works in Malmö, Sweden. Kathe has primarily spent her life studying fine arts starting at LaGuardia High School in New York City and then going on to receiving her BFA from MICA in Baltimore, Maryland. After graduating she's worked primarily in the food industry with a major focus on farming, sustainability, and seasonality. 

Though food has been her primary focus for many years, personally she's always held a deep interest in fiber, textiles, and composting. Kathe's personal approach to clothing, textiles, and the like has always drifted towards well sourced fabrics and materials with no synthetic materials or plastics and a consideration for dyes used in the fiber. A well made slowly crafted object will always be something that someone will tend to for years to come.

All fibers are sourced with deep consideration and as locally as possible. All thread used is 100% GOTS certified cotton.
